Returns

• Change of mind: 14 days, unworn/unwashed, tags attached. Buyer pays return postage. No restocking fee.
• Wrong size: one-time free size exchange — we cover the outbound SmartPac.
• Defective / wrong item: we cover return postage, full refund within 3–5 working days.
• To start a return: email with your order number.
